The Stingers

Lancaster Stingers Golf Club is the new identity for Lancaster University Golf: a competitive club with a wider ambition for the game.

A new chapter

The Stingers compete in BUCS Northern Tier 1 and are the 2026 Roses Champions. That is the standard the club now works to.

2026/27 is an important chapter. The name, the look and the way we operate have all changed, and the intent behind them is simple: build a golf club that competes seriously, brings people in, and carries itself like a proper sports brand.

That means growing golf through competition, connection, lifestyle, culture and success, on a university platform with a Lancaster identity at the centre of it.
